What did you do regarding the Launcher? There wasn't an update published for it yesterday. If you can find your original install that would be a good starting point.

Looking at the log, when you updated the Launcher it lost your EVE install somehow: INFO - # EVE Game Client version #Err You're simply downloading the game.

The zip package is made using the zipfile module in Python. I can unpack it fine on the 10.7 machine I've been developing on. Archive Utility reports that it's version 10.7 (5.8)
